Anyone who has tasted the magnificent food of Raymond Blanc; can tell he knows how to run a good restaurant. Raymond has been our main inspiration for Chedi Thai, even though our cuisines are worlds apart. It is his passion for quality and his inquisitive mind; which is seldom at rest. I would suggest his book “A Taste of My Life” by Raymond Blanc.
